Higher Ground

 

“Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me.  Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:12-14

 

America's KESWICK has grasped the opportunity to reach into the neighboring communities with the Victorious Life Message for women impacted by addiction either directly or indirectly.   The Higher Ground Ministry is a support group/bible study for adult women (18+) who are either caught in the bondage of addiction themselves or are in relationship with someone who is.  The nature of the study material makes the group conducive to any woman desiring to grow in her relationship with Jesus Christ. 

 

The foundational purpose of the Higher Ground Ministry is to point women to Jesus Christ and the richness of a personal relationship with Him.  Victory in any and every area of life comes through the person of Jesus Christ and He alone.  It is our endeavor to provide a safe, loving environment to facilitate God awareness and God-ward focus through Biblical Study, application and small group interaction.

 

Higher Ground  offers two options to meet on Mondays:

2:00 – 3:30 PM in  Seminar Room A (located in the Raws Auditorium Building)

or

7:00 - 8:30 PM in the Lakeside Room (located in the Raws Administration Building)
